This immersive 3-day yoga and wellness retreat at Maple Grove Hot Springs is an invitation to unplug, soften, and return to your natural rhythm. Surrounded by open skies, mineral-rich waters, and wide-open stillness, you’ll stay in cozy outdoor cabins and experience the healing power of hot springs, cold plunges, and intentional rest.
Each day begins with gentle, soul-centered yoga to awaken the body and calm the mind, followed by time to soak in the natural pools or energize your system through cold water immersion. You’ll be guided through grounding practices including group yin yoga, Reiki-infused energy healing, and deeply restorative sound baths designed to balance your nervous system and release stored tension.
Throughout the retreat, we’ll gather for soulful storytelling circles where you can share your journey, reflect, and connect in a safe, supportive space. Guided hikes through the surrounding landscape offer moments of solitude and awe, grounding you back into nature and your body.
This retreat is for anyone craving stillness, renewal, emotional release, and meaningful connection, an opportunity to rest deeply, move gently, and remember who you are beneath the noise.
